Marc Anthony Pools is a pool service business, and a 2016 customer called Marc the owner and said he had opened and winterized their pool every year for several years and handled its weekly servicing. That 2016 customer listed chemical testing and balancing, leaf skimming and basket cleaning, and said he also flushed the filters, repaired leaking pool pumps and fixed a leak in the skimmer. In a 2018 review, a customer who bought a house with a poorly maintained pool said Marc revamped the electrical components and timer, repaired the jets, installed a new pump and put in a baby fence. A 2016 customer said they were told by other companies it would take 2-3 weeks to get their pool open, and Marc had them swimming in 4 days. A 2016 customer said he fixed the heater and pool filter before a graduation party. In a 2016 review, a customer said Marc noticed a cyanuric acid issue when he opened their pool and installed a new heat pump within a few days. A 2010 reviewer, the pool committee chair at a townhouse complex, wrote that their pool service company had not cleared an algae bloom for a month and Marc offered to step in that day. That 2010 reviewer said he began on a Wednesday at 4 pm and the pool was clear by that Friday. A 2012 customer renting a house said Marc was the only one of three pool companies to return the call, came over two hours later and explained how to vacuum and backwash the pool.
