On its Better Business Bureau profile, Adow Pools, LLC says it offers maintenance, restoration and construction for residential and commercial swimming pools. A 2024 Google customer who said they had used the company for many years wrote that the owner addressed any issues with their pool immediately. In that 2024 review, the customer named Bob as the owner and said he had kept the same staff for the whole time they had used the company. On Google it holds a 3.3-star rating from 7 ratings. The Better Business Bureau gives it an A grade and lists one complaint against the company. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0612724, as active, held by Adow Pools LLC.
We have used ADOW pools for many years and they are fabulous. The owner is attentive and addresses any issues with my pool or concerns I have immediately. He men are fantastic, knowledgable and reliable. Bob, the owner, has had the same amazing staff for the whole time that we have used them, with almost no turnover. I highly recommend ADOW.
