On its Houzz profile, the company says owner Steve Biggica has worked in Fairfield and Westchester County pool service and renovation for more than 30 years. Its Better Business Bureau page describes it as offering the installation, service and renovation of in-ground pools. A 2025 Google reviewer wrote that they had known and worked with Steve and his crew for over a decade and called them professional and helpful. A 2023 reviewer described 10 years with never an issue. In 2023, one customer called the company rude, arrogant and unprofessional. A 2023 customer called it unresponsive and said it was rude when they did finally get hold of it.
Biggs has been performing the weekly service on our pool for many years and they are great. Reliable, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them!
