Mark has painted the exterior of our antique home twice since we moved to Newtown. His work lasts. He came back this spring eight years after his last visit and had only minor touch-ups to do. He then painted three interior rooms that had not seen a paintbrush in 25 years (it's easy to get used to imperfections in an old home). To be honest, when Mark and his hard-working crew finished the work, we were stunned that the rooms could look that good. Mark heard me and made my wants happen in the best way possible. We are delighted with the exterior paint job on our house. He carefully assessed the exterior conditions, and keeping my "wants" in mind recommended several plans to address the deferred maintenance, problematic windows, and my inability to lock in on a color scheme. He connected us with a carpenter and together they determined what work needed to be done and carefully explained it to me. Mark had his crew paint several large swatches to aid my color choice. The crew, led by Patricio, were careful, considerate and easy to communicate with. I was always aware of what was on tap for that day and invited to give feedback. I am so pleased with the whole experience from the planning, painting, deck refurbishment, daily clean-up, to the window cleaning at the end. We have received lots of enthusiastic compliments too. Now, I look forward to the interior paint job. Mark has already given me budget friendly ideas to update and refresh the interior in addition to the paint.
