Marly's Cleaning Services Inc

Marly's Cleaning Services is a family-owned, Peabody-based house cleaning company that says it's been serving the North Shore since 1999 and was incorporated in 2019, covering a long stretch of towns from Amesbury and Andover to Greater Boston. The owner, Marly, describes cleaning homes herself, and the checklist-based service includes housekeeping extras, laundry, post-construction cleanup, and green cleaning. The written reviews on file are sparse and old — three total, running from 2021 through 2023. In a 2021 review, a longtime client described a year and a half of Marly personally cleaning her home, calling the work thorough, the pricing reasonable, and Marly willing to take on extra chores along the way. A 2022 review called the price affordable. But in a 2023 review, a prospective customer said repeated calls and an online contact-form submission went unanswered. Google shows a 4.6★ average from 14 ratings, well above what the handful of written reviews alone would suggest — most of that history isn't spelled out in writing. Worth confirming that a call or form actually gets a reply before counting on a fast turnaround.
