If you're looking for someone to do high quality, honorable, fair price work on your home, I cannot recommend Marotte Industrial enough. This family business took care of our family. We recently bought a lake home built in 1950. After looking at the swamp under our crawl space, we realized we needed a full mitigation. Marotte Industrial added tons of aggregate, french drainage, prepped it for radon mitigation (if it even needed it), full vapor barrier, full grading assist for the sump pump, and finished with insulated rat slab. And then, even though it's really not part of their business, they painted our entire home and brought the original wood floors back to life. They took a stressful, potential money pit and turned it into our forever home! Plus, of everyone we worked with, they were the most pleasant and responsive. During the stress of buying a new home, their problem-solving approach was such life-saving support. If I gave them a 5-star review for everything they did, we'd have to write a dozen different reviews!

This company is incredibly responsive and provides quotes quickly. Their work is thorough, and they pay great attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of exterior work. Brendon is extremely professional, and it’s clear he genuinely enjoys what he does. I wish I could give 10 stars—he absolutely deserves it! If you need any outdoor work done, he’s the one to call.

Brandon and his crew were the best very thorough and professional. I had new loam put on the side of my house. They scraped down the old dirt that was there then put a layer of loam then a second layer of loam with fertilizer in it. He even spread insect prevention that I had bought for us before the hydro seed was sprayed. If you need anything for your lawn care or landscaping you will be totally 100 percent happy with his work. I am and you will be too.

Hired Marotte for an addition project and to move our propane tank. They have been exceptional- punctual, honest, and great communication. You wont be disappointed!
