Marsan's Hardwood Floors

After installing our hardwood flooring, Kevin said he'd be back a week later to finish the job. Two weeks passed, then three, and despite telling us he was coming back as soon as he finished another job he had going on simultaneously, he never returned to sand and finish the floors he'd installed. Almost a month and a half later, he still hadn't come back despite continually telling us he'd return. Our text exchanges over the weeks with Kevin had been transactional and benign until that point, but after weeks of telling us he'd return after his other job was done, out of the blue we received a shockingly aggressive text from Kevin, telling us he would not be returning. It was such a 180, and not only was it confusing and rude, but terribly unprofessional. We would have completely understood if something had come up and he wasn't able to finish the job, but the fact that he told us over and over he'd be back and acted as though everything was fine and running on schedule, and then abandoned us out of the blue after not seeing him for over a month... it was the most bazaar experience. We had to scramble to find someone else to finish a halfway done job, which took us another few weeks. It was really a shame, as Kevin's work was really very good.
