I had this company redo my front stoop using slate back in 2019. They did a superb job. Excellent. I was really happy. So when it was time to do the back walkway, which is tiny, only 4' x 4', I called them to get an estimate. I wanted it to match the front walkway and stoop. I called on 8/7 and we made an appointment for 8/16 at 10:00 AM. OK, so I had to wait 8 days. That was fine. But then they called me on 8/15 to tell me they needed to reschedule for 8/16 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. I told them I had made plans basically around when they were coming. So no, I could not do that. So then they wanted to reschedule for 8/27. I was like, look, I am not waiting 20 days just to get an estimate on redoing a 4' x 4' slate walkway. Not happy about this at all. So basically, I'm just going to get my contractor to fix the walkway I have now.
