Martin Cabinet Inc

This is our second kitchen by Martin and the quality and service have declined significantly. As a new construction, we've used the cabinets for 3 weeks, and the paint quality is terrible. There is cracking at just about every joint, crackling paint, small chips, drips, wobbly shelves, etc. Though some repairs were made well to a warped draw, a chipped cabinet, and some rubbing doors, the issues photographed have not been resolved yet and it takes weeks to get a response. After over $70k in business to Martin, I would have expected better service. I cannot recommend at this time. In fact, I would avoid them if they will not stand by their product. These cabinets are no where near the quality of the ones in our previous home that look better even after years of use.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering Martin Cabinet think twice and fully avoid this company based on my experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the cabinets I received has been extremely disappointing. The cabinets began chipping in less than a year, and over time I experienced significant chipping, cracking, and swelling. I documented the issues with photographs and emails and repeatedly reached out to the company for help. I followed the cleaning and care instructions I was given, yet when I brought the problems to their attention, I was told the damage was related to water. I even purchased the product they recommended for caring for the cabinets. Despite that, the problems continued. The company eventually replaced five doors, but I had to pay an additional $400. Unfortunately, the replacement doors started chipping within approximately two months as well. I made numerous attempts to resolve the situation directly and repeatedly requested to speak with the owner. I ultimately prepared a small-claims case because I felt the issue was not being adequately resolved. I did not ultimately proceed with the case because my expert witness became ill, but that does not change my experience or the extensive documentation I have of the problems. I am posting this review because I wish I had seen more information like this before choosing this company. Based on my personal experience, I would not use Martin Cabinet again and strongly encourage anyone considering them to fully avoid this company and look elsewhere. The photos attached are from my actual cabinets and show the chipping and cracking documented throughout this experience.

I cannot say enough positive things about Martin Cabinets. Dennis and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They had great communication, patience, and the utmost respect for our home when installing our new cabinets. We love our new kitchen!

Got my cabinets from Martin Cabinets in 2018. They still look great over 7 years later, couldn't be happier with their look and construction.

Beautiful high quality work! Picking the cabinets was a great experience. Lots of options, high quality wood, high quality counter tops. When they did our kitchen they were clean friendly and on time. I highly recommend! We still need to do the floors when I took the pic. I'll add more later.
