And beyond the active Massachusetts registration, the numbers on the site — a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence CS-084205, plus Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Florida registrations — are the company's own listings; ask to see the one that covers your job. This is a good fit for an addition, a custom build or a gut remodel in Central Massachusetts, where owner involvement matters more than a big office. Get the scope and price in writing, ask for a certificate of insurance, and ask for a couple of recent references from jobs like yours.
