Olive Branch Carpentry and Renovations is a Millbury contractor whose Google reviewers describe substantial hands-on work: bathroom and commercial-space renovations, cabinet changes, built-ins, decks, stairs, porches, doors, and shelving. The through-line is custom carpentry that spans both individual components and larger remodels. The written Google history is small but specific: eight reviews from August 2024 through August 2026, with seven five-star accounts and one one-star account. Recent praise describes a complete bathroom remodel as meticulous and a kitchen cabinet modification as level, secure, and carefully blended; older reviews describe deck and stair replacements, a pocket door, built-in storage, and a porch and storm-door project completed within the quoted budget. There is also a clear issue to settle before booking. The Massachusetts registry lists home improvement contractor registration 212921 for Olive Branch Carpentry and Renovations LLC as expired as of August 25, 2026. One December 2024 reviewer also described a missed evening appointment and repeated delays, while other customers described the contractor as punctual and communicative, so confirm current scheduling practices as well as the registration status. This looks best suited to homeowners seeking custom carpentry or a renovation with several connected pieces of work. Ask for the current registration status, a written scope and schedule, and recent examples similar to the project you have in mind.

Alex completely redid my entire bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish he was incredibly professional on time, clear in his communication, respectful of my home, and meticulous with every detail. The finished bathroom looks absolutely stunning. It’s beautiful, functional, and far exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for quality work and someone you can trust with a full remodel, Alex is the one. Highly recommend!
Alex's work is fantastic! I purchased a commercial building for private practice, and boy did it need work! Alex totally transformed the whole space to a place I am proud to welcome people into. I am so grateful it came out so beautifully! After watching one space transformation, it was hard to resist completing more. I went forward with a total floor to ceiling renovation, and it looks fantastic! He also completed the bathroom floors, kitchenette, and his carpentry was impeccable. He was very reliable, honest, fair with pricing, and I could count on him to help me with anything I needed. Everything was completed on time, spotless and ready for me to open my doors. I highly recommend Alex, and would use his services again and again! Susan Gagnon, owner of Lightmind Psychiatry
Absolutely fantastic! I could not be happier with Alex’s skills and professionalism. He resized a fridge cabinet and changed out dated aspects of my kitchen cabinets, and blended the new into the rest perfectly. He took his time to make sure that everything was level and secure, and that every spot that needed a paint touchup got it. Easiest construction experience ever. He is my new go-to for every project!
We had a great experience working with Alex! I had a vision of what I wanted for a built-in for our mudroom and he brought it to life! He was punctual and listened to what I wanted. He was very responsive via text. I would recommend him and his work to anyone!
“Unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.” I scheduled an appointment with this contractor for 6:00 PM, left work three hours early, and arrived at 5:45 PM. I texted him to let him know I was there, and he said he’d be late, arriving at 6:30 PM due to traffic. I understood and waited. At 6:30 PM, he told me he’d now arrive at 7:30 PM. I told him not to bother, but he insisted I stay, promising he was on the way. I waited another hour, but when 7:40 PM came, he wasn’t there. If he couldn’t make it, he should’ve communicated that upfront. Instead, I wasted hours waiting for someone who clearly doesn’t respect other people’s time or money. In hindsight, I’m glad he didn’t show up I wouldn’t trust him to work on my house.
