Outstanding reputation and services. Highly recommended for all your construction needs.
I hired this company to do a small bathroom renovation. What I received was the most embarrassing demonstration of horrendous work you could imagine. I had to replace 6 load bearing support beams that held up the corner of my unit due to this company cutting through them. How did I find this? When I was demolishing all of the work they did as it failed to pass its inspection twice due to sloping and inclination issues with the shower floor install. What else? Uneven tile installed on the shower walls...not a spacer to be seen. Incorrect trowel size and lack of fundamental knowledge of how to tile, such as having to back butter the tiles before you apply them so they will adhere properly. In taking down all of the tile this company installed, you can clearly see NO adhesive on the back of the tiles. I could probably clean them and return them to where I purchased them. In pulling out the floor, I found the incorrect waterproofing material as what I found was a roofing product. On the wall where the niche was installed, I have a picture where you can clearly see a construction debris bag that was used to line the area and the tile installed over it? More you ask? Drains that were clogged with the construction material that was pushed down them rather than clean up correctly. The shower drains and both of my sink drains were clogged with material and needed to be snaked so they could work. This contractor takes no responsibility. Incorrectly installed bathroom floor...couldn't even fill in nail holes, tried to fill holes with excessive paint. I can keep going if you like. The worst I have ever seen. every single other trade that has come here to correct all of the issues states the same thing..who is this company and why are they in business. Stay away and find yourself a contractor that actually cares about the product they put out. Find a contractor that actually provide some sort of manager oversight at a job rather than simply leaving unskilled employees to fend for themselves. Not even sure if his employees are licensed to provide the work they do. Find yourself a contractor that communicates and doesn't just show up for a check. You will be disappointed at the result if you trust in their sales pitch. Read more
