Mass Generators LLC

Mass Generators is a Weymouth-based, authorized Kohler generator dealer that's built an unusually consistent reputation across eighteen reviews spanning 2016 through 2026 — and the same names keep showing up throughout: owner Don Noll, office manager Janice, and technicians like Brady. The specifics are remarkably consistent across nearly a decade. Reviewers describe whole-house Kohler and Generac generator installations completed with fast, quality workmanship, clear communication at every step, and job sites left neat. A 2026 review describes Janice handling the initial call professionally and technician Brady quickly diagnosing a stopped Generac unit. Multiple reviews describe Don personally explaining the process in detail, being punctual, and doing extra electrical wiring the same day when needed to make an installation safer. One reviewer, after considering a whole-house generator 'for quite a while,' finally called after a friend who's an electrician recommended Don specifically. Several reviewers are repeat customers — one describes returning because they already knew what to expect from a previous install, another had Don out multiple times for other electrical work before their generator project. The company also runs annual maintenance programs, and a 2026 review from a longtime client credits the team with being punctual and responsive on that ongoing service, not just the initial install. Every one of the eighteen reviews on file describes a good experience, spanning a full decade — the earliest, from 2016, praises the same responsiveness and quality reviewers are still describing ten years later. For anyone considering a whole-house backup generator in the Weymouth area, Mass Generators' reviewers describe a specialist who communicates clearly, installs cleanly, and sticks around for maintenance afterward — a consistency that's hard to find.
