Mass Generators, LLC, came to service my Generac house generator today, that had stopped working. From the first contact with Janice in the office, everything was handled friendly and professionally. The technician that came today was named Brady and immediately diagnosed the problem with my battery, performed the full inspection, and maintenance upgrade, and had me back up and running in no time. As a retired architect, with 45 years experience, I’ve encountered a number of contractors along the way, and this outfit certainly shines in their field. I highly recommend them for your generator needs.

Don and team installed a whole house standby generator for us a couple of days ago. I had a very good experience with Mass Generators--very quick to get me an estimate, great communication, fast and high quality install, neat jobsite. The team was warm and had a good sense of humor. It was fun to have them at the house for the day.

Had a great experience with this company and Don the owner. Great communication and in installed my Kohler generator with no issues. Did some extra electrical wiring I needed the same day and it looks great and is much safer! Was very professional and explained everything very well and answered all my questions. Also called back quickly and even came back out at a later date when I was having a small issue with my main breaker and fixed it. Would definitely recommend and will be using them for future maintenance and electrical needs!

Don and his team are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the various generator lines they install and support. They're punctual with their annual maintenance programs, and when needed, very responsive in addressing issues and or concerns.
