I was looking for someone to both install and service a generator at my house, and a good friend who is an Electrician recommended Electrician Don Noll, owner of Mass Generators. I found it very easy to talk to Don about various generators and options, and he was very upfront about everything. Within a few days he came by my house to do a site visit, discuss my expectations, as well as the best way to set things up. While we were going through the house, I mentioned that my wife's sewing room could use another outlet, and he took a look and said it would be no problem to throw that in while he was there. After he emailed me a proposal, I had a few questions, and he had no problem chatting with me on the phone about everything and making sure I was at ease with the decision to move forward. As for the work, he was here promptly when he said he would be, and as he was getting things prepped for the job, his assistant arrived and they got right to work. They were both friendly, courteous, and professional. All said and done, everything was completed as we had discussed, and in a clean and professional manner. He went over the operation of the generator and the transfer switch with me, and suggested I also read the manuals and to be sure to contact him if I had any questions. I have nothing but praise for Don, as well as his crew, and I highly recommend him.
