I am from Upstate NY that's relocating to Massachusetts thanks to John Vance! As someone completely new to the homebuying procedure, I highly recommend him as an agent. He is patient, understanding, willing to explain things in a way thats easy to undestand, and has proved to me that he is not just in it for the money. My husband and I just finished closing on a house with real estate agent Marissa Peri’s diligent help! We had just had our heart broken on a house that failed inspection (badly) with another realtor who seemed to pressure us to make an offer regardless. I decided to seek another agent’s services based on this, and luckily was connected with Marissa. She was more attentive than I could have asked for and quickly answered my inquiries from morning to night. She researched exactly what we were looking for and she found us the perfect house that we now call home. When our extended family wanted to be involved in seeing the house she was accommodating and didn’t seem to mind our excited squeals and wanderings.
