DeFaria Construction

DeFaria Construction is a small Lynn kitchen-and-bath remodeling outfit run directly by its owner, Luiz, who the company says personally handles every walkthrough, scope, and estimate. It works kitchen, bathroom, interior, and commercial remodeling jobs across Middlesex and Essex Counties. The written record is short but consistent: four reviews, all from 2025 into 2026, all five stars. One 2025 review describes two completed bathroom renovations with a kitchen renovation planned for the fall; another describes a full kitchen and bathroom transformation completed over the course of a year, naming Luiz directly. Google shows 4 ratings at 5 stars, and the Better Business Bureau lists the company — doing business as Defaria Construction Company — as an A+ accredited business with 18 years in business. There isn't much written history yet to draw broad conclusions from, so for a kitchen or bathroom remodel in the Lynn area, it's worth asking to see recently finished work directly before booking.
