It took us way too long to take action on our Stamped Concrete pool patio after installation in 2017. I already had met with two other people to review our poor situation. We never got the concrete sealed after install, and there were so many cracks! When Mike came, he immediately told us what needed to happen, how he was going to do it, what potentially it would look like as an end result and how to manage it going forward. It was Work that we had no interest in doing our ourselves and finally felt that someone listened to our issues and actually wanted to do the work. He provided a quote immediately, in addition to what he’d do post work, which includes two inspections over the course of the next year. He took the time to listen to our concerns, let us know exactly what to expect, was available anytime I texted him and got the job done seamlessly. It was really easy to work with and communicate with Mike - He takes pride in his work and it shows. He did a great job and we are very happy with the results.
