Homeowners writing in 2014 describe a nine-foot slider and a bay window installed on the day promised for exactly the price quoted, and one household that had called Mastercraft back several times over nine years for roof trouble. More recently, a December 2024 review says the crew found additional work partway through a whole-house siding job and still stayed inside the budget, and an October 2025 review describes a roof leak nobody else would come look at — John came out and produced a full inspection with photos detailing how serious it was. Where things have gone wrong, it has mostly involved windows. Perfect match to existing trim and siding. And the first weather this window saw was the Blizzard of 2026. She took the prevailing wind head on. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. We were having leak issues with our roof, and it was difficult to find anyone who would come out and do an inspection. John responded promptly and did a full inspection with photos that detailed the severity of the issues. From the day I signed the contract to the completion of the project (entire roof and chimney repair) in less than three weeks, John and his team were reliable, timely, and responsive. I can't recommend this business enough!
