The same 2025 customer said they were given an 8 hour timeframe to be home and were asked to pay by Venmo. When that 2025 customer tried to call back, they were told the company had gone out of business.
These guys charged me $325 to fix my dryer and it broke for the same reason a month later. Tried to call them back and was informed they’ve gone out of business. Had another repairman come in to fix the issue and he told us the last guy used a cheap $19 part from Amazon and it broke immediately. On top of everything else they gave us an 8 hour timeframe to be home for. Unprofessional and a total scam. Would dispute but they asked me to pay by Venmo and my invoice doesn’t exist anymore since the company is out of business. Just posting this in case these guys decide to open up shop again elsewhere.
