A 2025 reviewer ordering doors for a new location described Steven and Janine walking them through what they actually needed; another 2025 review called the installers clean and professional and credited Steven with steering them to the right price. Reach back and the pattern holds — in a 2023 review a homeowner described an old, barely-working slider replaced with an Andersen gliding patio door, and in 2022 a repeat customer counted off two main doors, front with sidelites and back with a storm. Two things are worth weighing before you call. There is not much written down: seven accounts across six sources since 2017, and the two on BuildZoom both date to 2017, so you are working with less than you would at a shop with a hundred reviews. And Google's 4.3 sits below the five-star comments that are actually readable, which means some of those 12 ratings are lower than anything anyone typed out. On licensing, use the right label. Its BBB grade is A+, though it is not an accredited business. The tenure claims wobble too: 20 years on its site, 24 on Angi, 26 at the BBB. If your job is a door — an entry replacement, a patio slider, a storm door, or the same on a small commercial space — this is a shop people come back to, and a commenter named it unprompted in a March 2026 r/massachusetts thread about replacement windows. Confirm the registration number yourself with the state, and get the brand and model in writing before you sign.
