In a 2025 review, a customer said the company gutted a bathroom last updated in the '60s and found water damage, rot and mold in the wall going outside; Marc told them not to worry, and the company took care of it. That 2025 customer also said the company came out quickly to do updates recommended by an energy audit. A 2025 customer said Marc came out to advise on the cost and type of flooring for a kitchen floor replacement, and that his crew later replaced two storm doors and always came on time.
