A recent customer has used MD's for six years of curbside trash and recycling and says pickup slipped only once, by a day, for bad weather; when they call about larger junk, they reach a person right away. MD's Recycling & Waste Removal says on its website that it provides residential and commercial waste removal, recycling, dumpster rentals, roll-off containers and bulk pickup. The company describes itself as family-owned and operated, and lists Milford, Amherst, Bedford, Hollis, Merrimack, Wilton and other nearby towns as its service area. A 2025 customer said they forgot to move the bins down to the road, and the driver drove up the driveway and emptied them. A 2024 customer said a driver came back twenty minutes after passing, walked down their long driveway, rolled the bin out and emptied it. A 2023 customer said two men removed a large recliner from a 3rd floor apartment at the scheduled time. A 2021 customer said MD's had a dumpster there the same day for a family relocation, and that the drivers took care not to damage a newly laid driveway. A 2025 customer who was moving said they were told on the phone that large items could be left for pickup at a minimal cost. A 2026 customer on the Milford Oval complained that the company's trucks come out between 3 and 5 am to a mixed-use area with residents, and said a promised route change never happened.

I’ve been using MDs for the last 6 years for curbside trash and recycling. They have been highly reliable - have not missed a single week in that time. I think there was once where pickup slipped a day due to bad weather. On occasion I’ve had larger junk I need disposed of. When I call I immediately talk to a person, they are always friendly and helpful, and the junk pickup was always pretty quick.

The Milford Oval is completely mixed used with just as many residential spaces as commercial but your company acts as if it is fully commercial by having your trucks come out between 3-5 am. You wouldn’t do this in a fully residential neighborhood but clearly don’t care about the people who live on the Oval. I have talked with multiple neighbors and know that many of us have called and explained this to you. We have been told you changed the type of truck that picks up the dumpsters and you would change the route so that it no longer disrupted the people who live here yet you have done nothing.

Awsome company with employees that go the extra distance. I forgot to move the bins down to the road, and the driver drove up the driveway and emptied them. We dont have a short driveway either you cant see the house from the road
