Tri-State Waste is a family-owned dumpster and waste-container rental business based in Londonderry, NH, offering 15 to 45-yard containers for residential and commercial cleanouts, construction debris, and general projects across southern and coastal New Hampshire, the Massachusetts North Shore, and southern Maine. The Better Business Bureau lists it as 27 years in business, going back to 1999, though its profile there gives an A+ letter grade while stating plainly that the business is not BBB Accredited — two separate facts worth keeping apart. What customers describe is mostly about logistics: a 2025 review praised the office staff (naming Kelly specifically) for handling dumpster swaps smoothly and said drivers consistently showed up on time, and a 2024 review from someone using the company regularly at construction sites called pickups and deliveries accommodating, pushing back on complaints about rain and container weight as a normal part of any waste-hauling business. The one real concern is a 2026 review — not from a direct customer, but from a neighbor of one — describing a dumpster dropped in a road in a way that fully blocked access, calling it an unsafe situation. Before booking, it's worth asking directly how they plan container placement on narrow streets given that account, and confirming current pricing and container sizes, since a website rate sheet can lag behind current numbers.
A neighbor is having work done by this company, they decided during there work it was safe to drop a dumpster in the road fully blocking access to anyone trying to drive on the road due to another vehicle previously parked on the road, this is a highly unsafe situation that could have been much worse. Would not recommend using this company. -Mike
Great customer service and they do best they can to drop off the dumpsters. Kelly at the office is very helpful with dumpster swaps. Drivers are always on time as well.
Use them all of the time at my construction sites. Very accommodating on pick ups and deliveries. Read some of the negative comments about rain and weight. This happens and tarping the container is the only alternative. This occurs with any waste removal company.
