Medina Tree Services

Medina Tree Services holds a 4.9-star Google average from 40 ratings. The company says it has been operating in the greater Waltham area for over a decade, taking on everything from basic trimming and pruning to complete stump removal, and it lists Waltham, Newton, Weston, Hudson, Stow and Sudbury as its service area. A recent customer said Edras and his team removed some trees and stumps and chipped a lot of brush and branches, and that Edras arrived on time. A recent reviewer wrote that Edras has trimmed trees for them for 20 years. A 2025 customer said the company first removed a tree for them about five years earlier, one that was endangering a neighbor's property. That 2025 customer said that when part of a tall pine later fell against the roof in a windstorm, the company took care of the fallen parts first and allowed time to work with homeowner's insurance before removing the rest and grinding the stump. A 2026 customer said that after a town permit and a meeting with Edras, his team started work two days later to cut down three trees. The work goes beyond trees. A 2024 customer said the company trimmed trees, removed a large, very old tree that was dying, cleared a dense ivy cover from the front yard, leveled the soil, installed a new lawn and planted new shrubbery. A 2023 customer said its quote for a large backyard tree beat several others, and that the root area was ground down to the level of the rest of the lawn. A 2023 customer said Edras would not put his estimate in writing, would not spell out whether the price covered what they had asked for, and wanted to charge extra beyond a base price. Its BBB grade is A+.
