Merry Maids did a fantastic job. They even cleaned out the residue of coffee in my morning mug! They also dusted pictures that I have on the floor! I couldn't be happier with all that they did!!!! This was a birthday gift from my son so I don't know what he paid but whatever he paid it was well worth it!
Merry Maids has yet to disappoint. They are kind, professional and efficient. If you are looking for a maid service, I encourage you to consider them.

New to Merry Maids out of the Lawrence office as i live in Methuen and so far so good. I have 2 lovely ladies Angie and Sophia (2 for the price of One!) they are coming once a month, and have come 3 times so far. There is a learning curve with having new cleaners (I lost my old one after 10 years), but they do anything within reason that I ask, and are courteous, always on time, respectful, and low key. I like to use my eco friendly products, and my own double bucket that has a rinse and spin side, for my HW floors, and a steam mop for 2 tiled bathrooms and kitchen (I hate germs!). They have been most accommodating with everything. First visit had a lot of dusting, as I hadn’t had a dedicated cleaner for 5 months, and they cleaned for 4 hours! (I actually wished I had paid more for that than the agreed upon price) Including under the 2 beds no problem. Subsequent visits they finished as a team in just under 2 hours. Merry Maids let me negotiate a price as I am on a fixed income, as well. I live alone and have a chihuahua mix that barks at the vacuum! But they go with the flow. I hate to clean, but am not messy (I spot clean like crazy). I have documented ADHD I I take medication for (my doctor says all her patients with this have to have cleaners!), but having them helps keep me organized, and on top of things. Do I clean before they come … NO!, but I organize and put away so they can just easily clean and so their thing. Hey, if I was Good at cleaning by myself I would! But, my house, and social media, and projects, and LIFE distract me. lol but with Merry Maids I can get more done that matters to me, I actually clean and organize more, and don’t get overwhelmed and let clutter overtake the house. I’m a retired RN, who has had medical and mental health challenges. With self help and keeping myself engaged physically, and mentally I’ve overcome most of those. Merry Maids helps keep me organized period, with more time to enjoy the things that matter to me. I’m even thinking about a new part time job, or at least some volunteering!
I’ve used this service for many years. The cleaning crew is always prompt and professional, and on the rare occasion when there has been a problem to address, the front office, staff has always addressed it Professionally and quickly. As someone with a disability, the services farm more than just a convenience. Merry Maids has worked with me all along to make sure that my needs are met very much appreciated and highly recommended.
