They do a phenomenal job taking care of our rental property, all around fantastic to deal with!

I have been a customer since 2009. They always do an amazing job cleaning. I love walking into my house after the team has been here. They leave my home sparkling and fresh smelling. Reasonable rates. Flexibility with schedule if I have to change an appointment time

So extremely disappointed. We had merry maids come in and do a $550 deep clean. Meaning walls, dusting, oven, stove, microwave, counters, baseboards, shower, bathroom etc. Reached out to Dawn with what I was unsatisfied with, example they cleaned the oven but didn’t clean the door on the inside. They mopped the kitchen and bathroom but nothing else. Didn’t clean the sliding glass door. Didn’t clean the kitchen table and so much more. But she assured me when they came back out they would do it. She even offered to have them come out the next day, however I have three German shepherd’s so just said we could do it at the next biweekly cleaning, not a big deal. I had them come out three more times. Each time she assured me everything would be cleaned. After the third time she said she couldn’t meet my expectations and I agreed. She couldn’t. I sent her pictures and even asked her to come out and look at everything. As I got to looking more and more so much had not been done. She didn’t charge me for the last biweekly which is great but I wanted money back on the deep clean since they didn’t do everything they were supposed to. She’s stopped responding to me on text, that is the ONLY reason I’m posting this here. People need to know. I’m still finding nothing was dusted except bedroom furniture and table in living room. They did the ceiling fan the first time and that was it. They did the shower itself but not under the seat or around the glass doors etc. still didn’t mop. I didn’t ask for anything unreasonable. The only reason I had them come is because I have a bad back and my husband has MS. Then she tells me she stands behind her team and doesn’t think I should get any money back. Every picture hanging on my walls has never been touched. Top of thermostats full of dust. Nothing wiped down properly, streaks on everything. Shower still not cleaned including shower glass doors. If you need just a quick clean, then they might be the ones to use. Anything else, steer clear! And mind you, we clean every single day because of the dogs. But we own a business which makes it hard to leave this review, and just don’t have the time to it all. Dust can be hard to see cause it’s a picture
