Metrowest Glass is a one-owner glass shop in Medway that does custom glass design, installation and repair for houses and businesses. Steve, the owner, is the person customers deal with from the measurement through to the cleanup, and his home improvement contractor registration is active with the state. Two kinds of work come up over and over. One is frameless and custom shower doors: a September 2025 customer called the finished door exactly what the bathroom needed, and another that month had one fabricated and installed alongside new sidelight glass either side of the front door. The other is broken glass in existing windows — two large panes in a living room bow window replaced in January 2026, a double-pane window where only the inside pane had gone (a February 2026 review), an old and oddly framed picture window fixed in the summer of 2025, and glass replaced in a rear French door and a bathroom in April 2025. Mirrors round out what the business lists. Getting an answer is a recurring theme. A customer in September 2025 said every call was returned within an hour; a January 2026 customer had him at the house a couple of days after making contact and, said the same review, up a high ladder in cold and blustery weather; another the same month found the timeline faster than expected. A September 2025 review mentions constant contact and pricing stated up front. The finish matters to people here too — drop cloths down and the whole work area cleaned, in an April 2025 review, and a shower door in an older house where settlement stopped the frame sitting true until he worked out a fix. For a broken pane, a custom shower enclosure or a mirror anywhere around Medway and the MetroWest towns, this is a straightforward call. Because it is essentially one person doing the work, ask about scheduling if the glass is urgent.
Steve from Metrowest Glass did a great job inatalling a shower door for me. He was very professional, stayed on schedule and made sure to clean up afterwards. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I would highly recommend him for your glass needs.
Had a window break and they were able to handle the replacement from end-to-end. Can’t recommend this company enough. High character outfit.
Steve was responsive, easy to work with, and pleasant. I did my research and looked at other glass companies and chose him, very happy with the result. I am the owner of physical therapy pelvic health space and am happy with the finish product. Patients can tell the difference and have been asking me all week who I hired since he came to install! Thank you so much!
We have a window with double pane glass, the inside pane was broken. Steven from Metrowest measured the window, ordered new glass and installed it
Steve came out to our house a couple of days after we contacted him. He did a fantastic job replacing two very large broken panes of glass in our living room bow window. It was quite cold and blustery outside, but that didn’t stop him from getting up on a high ladder and getting the job done.Cleaned up the area beautifully, and at a fair price. Very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!
