MGO Tree Specialist

They never called back after three days, this is considered poor, very poor service in my book of professionalism. If a company is too busy, then you give a call and let the customer know your too busy! Thanks anyway Emerson, I will find someone else.

Emmerson came over the house to provide a verbal quote. After texts and calls asking to send us the quote, GHOSTED us!! At least have the courtesy to let us know that he quoted us incorrectly and that he wasn’t able to do the job for that price!!!

Emerson and his crew came out in October to remove 3 large ash trees that were too close to the house to drop on my own. I had gotten quotes from 6 different tree removal companies and Emerson was by far the most competitive and fair in price. I wanted to save money by having the trees dropped and left in place without chipping the brush. All of the other companies put in their quotes “leave all brush and wood where it lies”. Emerson came with a large skid steer and took all of the large logs, cut them to 8 feet and stacked them all where I cut and split wood. They did the same for all of the smaller logs and brush. The cleaned all of the yard and left it in the same condition as it was before the trees came down. He even took down some extra trees that he saw were posing a hazard. None of the other companies even walked the tree line to identify other problem trees. He was able to come out months before the other companies were available as well. I can say for certain that I will only be using and recommending MGO for any tree work in the future. Excellent service all around.

MGO did a wonderful job. They removed 5 trees on my yard. These trees where extremely tall and took all day for them to cut them down, Cut them up to pieces for me to use for firewood later and they cleaned up the yard extremely well. They stacked the wood nicely in the back of the yard. The price was more then fair in the amount of work they had to do to complete the job. I will be using them again when I need tree services and I would refer them to anyone I know who are in need to tree services. Thank you again MGO

We had a HUGE tree that needed to come out. We knew it would be a big job, but I think we were all a bit surprised at how big a job it was. The team was very professional; kept us appraised of what was happening; let us know they’d need to come back and were very neat and accommodating with equipment etc while taking on this huge job. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
