Verified record
Two employees, one trade, fifteen years at it: MHB Painting has been Marc Blanchette's painting business in Lowell since 2011, according to its Better Business Bureau profile, which lists him as owner and the shop at 30 Livingston Ave. Before any work starts, settle the registration. Massachusetts' home improvement contractor registry carries MHB Painting under #154276, and that registration is expired. Ask whether it has been renewed, and ask to see current liability coverage at the same time. For a straightforward painting job around Lowell, a small, long-running crew like this is a sensible call — get the scope and the price in writing, and confirm the registration first.
