The Lowell contractor's website lists painting, carpentry and residential remodeling across the Merrimack Valley and says it has been in business more than five years, and holds 5 stars from 98 Google ratings. In a June 2024 review, Lucas built front steps and railings with attention to trim, angles and spindle spacing, and suggested a colonial railing in place of a plain 2x4. A May 2025 customer had an old wood deck railing replaced with PVC matched to existing custom posts, and the crew also fixed a deck foundation issue. A January 2022 reviewer who interviewed four deck builders chose the company for a 720-square-foot Trex deck in Holliston, which was finished ahead of schedule. A March 2025 customer who collected six quotes for a stair replacement described a nearly spotless work site at the end of every day. In a December 2025 review, a customer who first hired the company for flooring after water damage had Lucas take over a full first-floor remodel when their original contractor fell through, redoing the kitchen, floors, stairs, trim and more in about a month. A September 2024 customer had a bathroom renovated in seven days, and a March 2026 reviewer had a new half bath installed and a full bath remodeled, with extra requests handled outside the original contract. In May 2026, a reviewer whose grandmother's house they worked on said Lucas and Marcel were very respectful to her. An August 2025 reviewer said the quote was not the cheapest they compared but the company was more reliable with updates, and that rain, which the reviewer said was not the company's fault, pushed a fence, fascia and railing job back a few weeks.
