Michael Seldon is an electrician working out of Weymouth, Massachusetts, background-checked on Thumbtack with six years in business. A Scituate homeowner who hired him for a lights installation in June 2026 called the work fast, reliable and efficient, noting the crew arrived on time and left a clean, quality finish. For lighting and wiring work around Weymouth, that account points to prompt, professional service — confirm licensing and get a written estimate before booking, as with any electrical job.
Great experience! I live in Scituate and had my lights installed. He were fast, reliable, and efficient from start to finish. Arrived on time, did quality work, and everything came out great. Professional, easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend Michael and hire again.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Michael Seldon. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
Standard receptacle swaps — a new dedicated circuit is a bigger job ($350–$750).
Flush mounts, pendants, chandeliers — hung on existing boxes.
