Verified record
Miches Services LLC works out of Lawrence, taking on general home-improvement projects for homeowners — building a balcony is the specific job on record. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office lists it as a certified Minority Business Enterprise. In 2024 reviews, homeowners described a run of small home projects, all five stars: one customer got a balcony built, another said the crew was fair to work with across a few jobs in their house, and a third called the work quick, organized, cost-efficient and cleaned-up-after. The written record is still just that handful of 2024 reviews, so ask what timeline and scope they'd commit to in writing before booking. Worth a call for a home add-on project like a deck or balcony, with the registration and MBE certification both current.
