Chris has managed our home in Boothbay for 2+ years. He is both reactive and proactive in addressing the needs of the home. Moreover, Chris is a skilled craftsman who easily handles himself a variety of periodic needs our home may require. And intuitively, he never hesitates to turn to other experts for special projects to assure each are completed well and in a timely manner. We are privileged to be one of Chris's clients. ~Bill
