Mike Lolicata Pest Management

Mike Lolicata Pest Management is a Manchester, NH pest control company that markets itself heavily to property managers, apartment complexes, hotels, and office buildings across Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Lowell, and the surrounding towns, handling rodents, termites, cockroaches, ants, bed bugs, and other common pests for residential and commercial customers alike. The company carries an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau as an accredited business, and the one Google review on file, from August 2026, describes Mike as always on time and willing to walk through different treatment options rather than a single fixed approach. One thing worth asking about: the site describes "over 25 years of experience" running the business, but BBB records show the LLC was only formed in March 2023. That 25-year figure most likely reflects Mike Lolicata's personal career in pest control rather than how long this particular company has been operating, so it's worth clarifying which one he means when you call. Any pest-control license numbers listed on the BBB page — both New Hampshire's Department of Agriculture and one in Massachusetts — are the directory's own records rather than something independently verified here, worth confirming directly with the state before booking anything that requires a licensed applicator.
