Millette Remodeling

Millette Remodeling is Bruce M Millette's shop, run from 189 Cross Rd in Lunenburg, and its permitted work sits mostly in central Massachusetts — Holden, Fitchburg, Gardner, Northborough, Worcester and Framingham. Fourteen permits go back to 2004: bathroom remodels, window and door replacements, a deck converted to a screened porch, an accessible bathroom put into a basement. The most recent is a $56,120 kitchen cabinet replacement in Holden in January 2024. The one job out east is a 2020 residential alteration at 7 Ruskin Ave in Methuen, replacing a supporting wall with a triple LVL. That Methuen job is the useful thing to ask about: taking out a bearing wall is structural work, and it is the kind of job this shop has actually pulled a permit for. For a bathroom or kitchen rework in Worcester County — or a wall you want gone — this is a small outfit with two decades of permitted jobs behind it. If your house is further east, ask whether he still travels that far; either way, ask for the current home improvement contractor registration number and check it with the state, and get proof of insurance and a written scope before work starts.
