A December 2023 reviewer listed a sub panel, wiring for a heat pump water heater, an EV charger with the upgrades it needed, wiring for an induction stove and an electric dryer, and outdoor waterproof outlets. A second reviewer that month credited Mindful Electric with the energy work that left their house fossil free — rooftop solar, ductless mini-splits, a heat pump water heater, an EV charger — and said Silvestre pointed them toward Mass Save. The jobs go up in size from there. A June 2024 reviewer described a panel upgrade and converting a single family to a 1+ under Boston's ADU program. Can not praise this company enough! When I was looking around for quotes for different electricians, I was rather worried because it was for my elderly fathers new house. Seeing as I work full time and live quite far from him, Sylvestre was just so helpful and accommodating to my time constraints. He LITERALLY walked me through the entire process and was always SO easy to reach whenever I had questions or needed to reschedule when something eventually popped up. I was so hesitant to use a small business because our budget was quite limited, Sylvestre expertise was invaluable. His work speaks for itself and I would hire him over and over again because he made this entire process so seamless!

Sylvester and Mindful Electric was the best electrical experience I’ve ever had-highly recommend! We bought an older home that needed a lot of electric work. Sylvester worked with us to prioritize the high risk areas first and worked our way throughout the house updating fixtures and switches as we went along. The communication was great, the quality of the work was high and out home not only got a much needed and brightened facelift, it also is a lot more safe and to code for resale. Five stars!
