Great experience with this company and its repairman. Our microwave oven needed repair. We specified completion 1-2 days and it went very smoothly. Diagnosis of problem was accurate, right part was obtained, service was completed on time and on budget estimate. Price was very fair. Mir called and came that day to diagnose the problem with the washer. It needed a part that he had to order, got the part and came back the next day to install the part. He had quoted a price and that was the price. I highly recommend Mir.
Mir was prompt and easy to communicate with. He showed me how to fix my washer if I have a similar problem in the future, and the price was very reasonable. I will call Mir the next time an appliance of mine breaks!
He used the wrong size attachment to hook up the gas dryer. He also did not add a shut off valve. The following day when I got back from work my entire house was full with gas. I immediately ran out and called the fire department. It took the fire department a couple of hours to get the gas out of the house using blowers. The plumber who came today said I was lucky that the house did not blow up. I expected since I got the recommendation from Anjiâ s list that he was a certified plumber. I tried to reach out to Mir, but he did not respond. The situation could have been fatal for me and the townhouse attached to my house.
