An oven's interior, cobwebs near the ceiling and the insides of cabinets all featured in a December 2024 customer's account of Miss Cleaner Solutions Corp preparing a home for rental. The customer named Anabela and her team and said they paid attention to those details. Miss Cleaner offers residential and commercial cleaning in Massachusetts, including regular visits, deep cleans, moving-related cleaning, post-construction cleaning and office cleaning. The company says it has more than five years of experience and carries insurance and liability coverage. Customers have hired the team for recurring household cleaning as well as individual deep cleans. In a November 2025 review, Kristin said Anabela and an unnamed colleague worked through clutter during a deep clean, finishing in about two hours. A different customer writing that month described hiring the team to clean a condo while travel prevented them from doing it themselves and said they planned to use the service again. Longer relationships also appear in dated customer accounts. In January 2025, a customer who had worked with Anabela and her team for more than a year described thorough cleaning, attention to their requests and a regular monthly schedule. A November 2024 customer reported nearly two years of house cleaning and said the team also cleaned three-season rooms during pollen season and after winter. In July 2024, another customer said Miss Cleaner had cleaned both their home and Airbnb for three years, with guests praising the property's cleanliness. An October 2024 customer described punctual cleaning of an office. One March 2025 customer reported a different experience: difficulty reaching the company by phone, an attempted price increase after a price discussion and dissatisfaction with a requested whole-house deep clean. The customer said some areas had barely been cleaned. The most recent written Google review, from June 2026, praised a punctual team and a spotless result. Google's August 2026 listing showed 4.9 stars from 58 ratings; Thumbtack showed 4.7 from 153.
