Very disappointing experience with Marc. He was friendly and responsive until he got the deposit. After that, communication became terrible. He sent someone else to do the work, I was not satisfied with the quality, and the job was never completed as Marc agreed. Now he has completely ghosted me and ignores my calls and messages. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend him.

I do not recommend this contractor. The workmanship was poor badly rolled walls, heavy overspray during priming, and paint drips throughout. My cabinets were supposed to be finished in white, but they did not come out as promised. He promised quality, but the results were disappointing.

Mark came and assessed the situation. He was very professional. I had plaster work, tobacco remediation issues, and peeling ceilings. Mark and crew did a FANTASTIC job. they went above and beyond, replacing or painting switch plates, painting the heating and cooling vents, and paying attention to details. A primer and two coats of paint on each surface, I could not be more pleased. He even had a gap in his schedule and was able to start the following week!

Never finished what was agreed upon by Marc Sr and myself. It will be 3 yrs in April and Marc Jr has ghosted me. They did the work I wasnt happy with the way cabinets came out and they were accommodating at the time said they would try a few different things. When Marc Sr exhausted all that he could do, we verbally agreed with Jr present that they would replace my cabinets doors. Marc Sr said we want to make you happy since you gar invested alot of money to your new kitchen. I appreciated that. Marc Sr has since retired. Marc Jr came last December 2023 to measure cabinets sent me email with door selection and I havent heard from him since. I have called and left messages and emailed with no response. I will add I had my husband call from his cell and Marc Jr answered and was like oh yeah I know there are cabinet doors at shop forgot they were for you. But when I call no one answers. And guess what havent seen or heard from them since. Very very disappointing. Had our entire kitchen redone and my cabinets look awful. I am an easy going person but this is so unprofessional not to return calls or messages.
