A garage cleanout customer praised MJC Cleaning's work in July 2026 and singled out Mirian's communication throughout the job. Recurring house cleaning is another part of the business: in February 2026, a customer who said they had used MJC for five years described punctual crews, clean bathrooms, refrigerator cleaning and help keeping a large dog's shed fur under control. They also appreciated folded towel creations left in the kitchen and bathrooms. MJC describes itself as a locally owned residential and commercial cleaning business founded by Mirian in 2013. The company says it serves Worcester County and towns including Acton, Concord, Framingham, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Natick, Wayland and Sudbury. It advertises non-toxic cleaning products, free estimates, background-checked professionals, full insurance and a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. Those are the company's own statements. Several 2025 customers described cleaning that continued over years. A reviewer writing in July 2025 said they began with a deep clean after a kitchen renovation and then arranged monthly visits. They also described a deep clean to prepare a family home for an estate sale and listing. In October 2025, another customer praised years of home and office cleaning and a whole-house deep clean at their mother's home. A November 2025 reviewer described routine cleaning plus window and garage projects. In November 2025, a customer described MJC cleaning an Airbnb property and providing visits every two weeks at their elderly parents' home. They said the team developed a routine that helped preserve the parents' schedule and limited disruption during cleaning. Another customer that month described advance messages a few days before weekly arrivals; a separate November review praised Mirian for sending the same crew. HomeAdvisor lists one-time and recurring maid service and Spanish availability. Its profile description also notes a 2019 move-out review that raised concerns about the thoroughness of baseboard and refrigerator cleaning. The company's Google page has a 5-star average from 19 ratings, while HomeAdvisor reports 4.8 stars from eight ratings.
I cannot speak more highly of MJC cleaning on my garage cleanout. Not only did the team do an incredible job, Mirian was so incredibly easy to communicate with throughout, I felt so taken care of the entire time. I would recommend her to anyone who does not have the time to clean up their spaces but would love to come home to a wonderful clean and organized home!!
I have been using MJC Cleaning Services for the last 5 years and am extremely happy with their level of service. Their crews are always kind, punctual and efficient. It’s not only how clean they make my bathrooms but I love their small touches of courtesy when they leave my house. They leave folded towel creations in the kitchen and bathrooms. Going above and beyond with cleaning my fridge each time they are here is always so wonderful to come home to. I know that my house is difficult because my large dog sheds. Miriam’s crew keeps that fur buildup in check and I am so appreciative of that!! Great job MJC Cleaning!!!
Mirian Jara is a wonderful person to work with and someone who clearly takes pride in how she shows up. She’s warm, respectful, and incredibly attentive. In conversation, you can tell she understands the details, from proper surface sanitation and disinfectant dwell time to cross-contamination prevention, high-touch point cleaning, and safe product usage. She explains things thoughtfully and with care, never rushed or dismissive. Mirian combines genuine kindness with real attention to detail, and that balance makes her stand out as someone you can trust.
Mirian from MJC Cleaning Services does an amazing job! She’s punctual, reliable, and always sends the same trusted crew. Honest and professional — a company you can truly count on. Highly recommend her services!
When Mirian’s staff come, it’s my favorite day of the month. I love how uncluttered and put together my home feels after they’re done. The staff is kind and accommodating. They pay attention to the little details, like leaving my kid’s stuffed animal set up in cute ways on his made bed. They’re consistent, dependable, and easy to communicate with. I recommend Mirian’s team; they make my home feel like a reset every time.
