Came out and fixed an issue i was having with my Navien system extremely fast. Great service - highly recommend.

I called Modern Mechanical for a hot water issue. Even though I provided the error code I was getting, the technician refused to diagnose the problem because they "didn't see it firsthand." The issue returned the next day. Getting back in touch with them was a massive hassle. When I finally did, they told me to order a replacement blower from the manufacturer myself which I did. Now that I have the part, they want to charge me another $250 just to put it in. Avoid this company. They are happy to take your money for showing up, but they have zero interest in actually resolving your issue or providing decent customer service

AC/Heating unit wasnt getting to temp and had another company bloom at it and gave a price of 2k saying to shop around but nobody will come close so called my new friends and came next morning on time they said! Very professional and quick finding problem and fixing! When asked how much, I said might have to give half then final payment in a week and bi was unaware that price was less than a third of 2k and built trust I’m using them now on!

Rich and his team are very professional and give you and honest and realistic answer to your questions. Used MM twice for install and upgrade in the past 15 years, nothings changed. Very happy.

They diagnose the problem within minutes they make the repairs and they do it with a smile on their face. The owner, Rich is a great guy, but I must admit that Matt is my favorite.
