Modern Restoration customers repeatedly describe roof replacements with help handling insurance claims. A September 2026 homeowner said the company inspected storm-related damage within a couple of days, dealt with the insurance process, then replaced the roof in one day and left the property clean. An October customer described replacement of both house and garage roofs along with a skylight. Google lists a five-star average from 120 ratings. Customers in September and October 2026 name Edgar and Elisa for guiding them through the work and answering questions. One October reviewer specifically credited them with negotiating with the insurer. A July 2026 customer described months of calls and emails involving Chris, Edgar and Elisa over a frustrating insurance situation, followed by a one-day roof installation and thorough cleanup of the front and back yards. Cleanup receives attention beyond those accounts. Customers writing in June, July and September 2026 describe yards left spotless after roofing. A June reviewer also said the company did the work for the price quoted. In an April 2026 review, a homeowner praised the full roof replacement, daily cleanup and responses from Edgar, Chris and Elisa. Roofing is the main work customers describe, with siding appearing in a June 2025 account. That homeowner needed both after a tree struck the house, said Edgar handled dealings with the insurer and contractors, and praised the finished roof and siding. In August 2024, another customer described Chris making temporary repairs the day after wind damaged the roof, followed by Edgar checking the work. Modern Restoration LLC holds an active Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0672020.

Edgar and Elisa were great to work with and were extremely helpful in every way. They negotiated with our insurance company and answered all of our questions. They were terrific! We are so pleased with our new roof!
I just had my roof replaced by Modern Restoration after finding a leak during a recent wind and rainstorm. I called Modern Restoration and they came out within a couple of days. They inspected the damage and took my insurance information. They took care of everything after that; it was such a relief to have them deal with my insurance. Once the replacement was approved, they scheduled a date for replacement and a crew showed up that day. The crew was fantastic; they did a great job and finished in one day. I did not have to do any cleanup. My property looked as if no one had been there. I highly recommend Modern Restoration.
