That is the shape of the work: inspection and testing, not repair. Angi and HomeAdvisor both carry the company at 4.9 stars from 108 ratings, and the 24 written reviews behind that — running 2020 to 2025 — describe visits, air samples and lab reports rather than any cleanup. The name that recurs is Dave. A homeowner writing in May 2021 said he explained what he was doing step by step and followed up with air-quality suggestions even though no mold problem turned up. Another, in November 2020, described him arriving on time, answering questions as the inspection went along, and setting out when the lab results would come back. An August 2021 customer credited the company with walking through the costs in advance, including what could be added to the total. The complaint runs the other way, and it is specific. In a December 2020 review a customer said the inspector had promised infrared equipment to find mold inside the walls, then took photographs with a phone and pulled air samples instead; the results came late and, in that customer's words, told them nothing for $450. That is the one detailed account of the service falling short, and it points at the questions to ask: exactly which instruments get used, what the written report contains, and how long the lab turnaround takes. The other thing to weigh is age. Most of the detailed accounts are from 2020 and 2021; the newest is a short November 2025 note calling the inspection thorough and professional. The 108-rating average is current, but the descriptions of what a visit is actually like are five years old.
