A 2020 customer said Molly did a thorough job cleaning and recommended her. A 2021 customer called Molly a very good cleaner and said she was kind to the dog and teenage kids. That 2021 customer also said Molly had to reschedule four out of the nine times she planned to clean, could not give a regular time because of other commitments, and did not answer three texts over a week after the last cancellation.
Molly is a very good cleaner and I would recommend her services if you don't need to depend on regular appointment times. She has a sweet and polite demeanor. She was kind to my dog and teenage kids. However, Molly had to reschedule four out of the nine times she planned to clean for me. She was not able to give me a regular time due to her other commitments. She requires flexibility in scheduling, which was not a good fit for me. The last time she cancelled, I texted her three times over the course of a week and never heard back from her.
Top notch. Molly is great. A pleasure to have around. She did a thorough, excellent job. I highly recommend her. A+
