Moonlight Masonry LLC

An August 2025 customer described Moonlight Masonry building a natural-stone retaining wall, bluestone steps and a walkway, with Forrest Angelillo assisted by his brother Shane. The customer said Forrest spent several days preparing before laying the first stone and poured the concrete sidewalk a second time when its finish did not meet his standard. The wall used mostly granite fieldstones that Forrest and the landowner hauled from woods in western Rhode Island. Moonlight Masonry describes itself as a Rhode Island stone masonry business run by brothers Forrest and Shane Angelillo. Its website lists Warwick, Coventry, Johnston and North Kingstown as its service area and advertises free estimates. The company describes building walls, patios, veneers, firepits and steps, as well as chimney repair. Google showed a five-star average from 11 ratings in August 2026. Recent customers describe both repairs and new construction. A May 2026 reviewer said Forrest installed an 8-by-12 concrete pad, completed the masonry work promptly, communicated well and charged a fair price. An April customer described winter-damaged front steps: the workers presented options, repaired the steps quickly and communicated throughout. In August, another customer said Forrest took time to answer questions about an old stone wall, steps and other stone features at the home, and praised his and his brother's craftsmanship and professionalism. A separate August reviewer praised detailed, broken-down estimates and a prompt, consistent workflow. An April 2026 customer described a four-inch-thick granite countertop for a small bathroom. The customer said Forrest sourced the granite from a demolished property built in the 1800s and hand-chiseled its edges; they paired it with a marble vessel sink. In another August 2025 review, a B&B customer described Forrest designing and constructing an entrance stairway with flagstone risers and bluestone treads, praising its finish, timing and cleanup. A homeowner writing in May 2025 said the company renovated front steps and a walkway, responded promptly to a visit and quote request through its website, and met the customer's budget.
