The fence is beyond expectations. It fits into the landscape seamlessly and is functional and beautiful. Jose worked hard to accommodate another installation of driveway at the same time with patience at delays and need for flexibility. I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend Morales Design and Installation and wouldn't go to anyone else.
While the installation went well; I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied ( follow up due to issues that arose) with calls both of us have made over x20 times on issues. He promises to come, send out crew etc and nothing. Doesn’t bother to cancel , answer messages, calls or follow up. Extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I had recommended the company to others but never will again. We had to find other contractors to address issues even before the year was up.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! They were incredibly professional, accommodating, and thoughtful throughout the entire fence installation process. As parents of a baby and owners of some very enthusiastic (and loud!) dogs, we really appreciated how they went the extra mile—not just in their work, but in their communication. They knew to text us instead of ringing the doorbell, which might seem like a small thing, but to a sleep-deprived household, it meant the world. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the finished fence looks fantastic—exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Morales Design & Construction to anyone looking for a fence done right—and by people who truly pay attention to the little things!
