Morin's Landscaping has customers who praise its landscape installations and others who describe damage during maintenance and snow removal. The Hollis, New Hampshire company says it began in 1978. A June 2025 customer praised Tom and the team for landscape design, edging and a newly established lawn, saying they had also trusted Morin's with their home for four years. In a November 2022 review, another customer described trees moved and planted, garden beds repaired, irrigation fixed, perennials replanted, mulch and hardscape installation, and weekly mowing. That customer also praised phone and email responses and arriving when promised. More recently, a May 2026 customer said a one-yard topsoil purchase was handled quickly, and a June reviewer described the yard as clean and the staff as helpful. Other customers describe harm to planting and property. A July 2026 reviewer said workers cut down groundcover and trimmed a rose of Sharon before it bloomed without permission. In September 2024, a condominium resident described repeated damage to deliberately planted bleeding hearts, even after adding a small fence. Another July 2026 reviewer alleged deck damage and said repeated complaints and a supervisor's visit had not led to the company accepting responsibility. Snow-removal complaints include a May 2026 review alleging damaged mailboxes, grass and driveways in a development, with compensation still unresolved. A parent writing in March 2026 said a school driveway had not been salted or sanded during the March 3 storm, leaving vehicles struggling to leave at dismissal. A May 2026 prospective customer said Morin's visited the yard but had provided neither a quote nor a start date more than a week later, despite several calls. Two July 2026 reviewers complained about truck driving; one described failure to signal and cutting off other road users, while the other said the office would not receive complaints. In a May 2022 review, a caller seeking a spring cleanup as a gift said the company required a seasonal contract rather than providing a one-off cleanup.
