One March 2021 reviewer had used Cassiano Mosele for two full bathroom renovations, hardwood floors in the basement, exterior house painting, and smaller jobs like painting individual rooms. That is the useful thing to know about Mosele Construction: the people who hired them kept calling back, and the work spans finishes rather than sitting in one trade. The company runs from Malden under owner Cassiano Mosele, and says it has operated since 2000, bringing styles and techniques from Italy. Typical jobs are stated at $2,000 to $25,000, a working range for a bathroom, a floor or a kitchen rather than a whole-house build. Its service area covers 49 Massachusetts towns, Marblehead, Swampscott, Salem, Beverly and Peabody among them, and its six posted galleries run to kitchens, bathrooms, custom showers, an exterior remodel, an accent wall, and new siding and insulation in Somerville. Bathrooms come up more than anything else. In early March 2021 a homeowner described having two bathrooms renovated and singled out the attention paid to what they actually asked for; another that same week called the result their dream bathroom and described the crew as quick and efficient. A repeat client writing on 7 March 2021 called the owner a thorough communicator and reasonably priced across projects both large and small. A February 2021 reviewer said people still commented on the design of a kitchen floor laid several years before that. Two things to weigh. All five reviews landed inside a single eight-day window at the end of February and start of March 2021, the shape of a one-time ask rather than five years of accumulation, and every one of them is now more than five years old. The company also trades under a second name: its Angi page is titled Più D'Boston at the same Malden street address and names Mosele Construction in its own text, and that page carries no reviews on Angi or HomeAdvisor. On credentials, the Houzz Awards field says only "Licensed and Insured", with no number attached anywhere on either page. That is the company's own claim, so ask for the home improvement contractor registration and construction supervisor numbers and check them against the state registry yourself. If you want a bath, a floor or a tiled shower from a small owner-run shop, the 2021 accounts describe exactly that work handled carefully. Ask for two addresses finished in the past year, and ask which company name will appear on the contract.

Cassiano, the owner of the company, is a great communicator, thorough in his work, and excellent workmanship. I have worked with him on large and small projects. I find him to be reasonably priced as well.

Cassiano Mosele has done several projects for us over the years. Two full bath renovations, hardwood floors for our basement and exterior house painting. He has also done smaller jobs - painting rooms etc. He starts and ends on time and always goes the extra mile suggesting ideas. For example, he painted airplanes on the ceiling of my son's room while applying a fresh coat of paint. He is easy to have around unlike many contractors who seem to take over your house!

I used Mosele Construction several years ago for a kitchen project. It came out great and people still comment on the design of the floor!
