Mountain Builders says it has been in business for 9 years, and its website describes a focus on relationships with clients, trade partners and designers. A recent Google customer said the company promised its part of the work would be done by the end of June, then ghosted them after they had scheduled other subs around that promise. A 2023 Google customer said the company's jobs were well planned and well executed, and praised the communication. Vermont lists its residential contractor registration, 174.0000346, as active, held by Mountain Builders LLC.
Buyer beware! Promised that our work would get done and then ghosted us. We scheduling other subs to come based on their promises that their part of the work would be done by end of June. Absolutely terrible!!!
These guys are great to work with. Great communication, their jobs are well-planned and well-executed and the work is top quality.
