JJ's put in a bathroom window at our house in Essex VT. Their communication regarding what to put in and when to do it was excellent. The job was professionally done (it required getting on the roof) and we are very pleased with it.
This is our second time working with Jason, and there’s a reason we came back! Our deck expansion turned out beautifully — sturdy, clean lines, and exactly what we envisioned. Jason is reliable, honest, and genuinely cares about the final product. When you find a contractor who delivers great work and great service, you stick with them. We couldn’t be happier.
Everything was done as expected. Job site was clean. No issues.
We had JJ's replace some windows for us and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Jason and Jamie were great communicators from the estimate through the install, and Jason and his install team were fast, friendly, and clean and did really high quality work. We plan on bringing them back for other projects in the future.
My past work experience lead me to a exterior siding product called Everlast which I searched for here in Vermont. I found the distributor, who referred me to JJ's Exteriors as installers here in southern Chittenden County. I contacted Jamie & Cody Brown and they promptly set up a time to stop by and discuss our project, delivered the quote, and projected an installation date which worked well within our timelines. Their crew, with supervisor Brad, showed up on time and carried out the install to detail on specification, and were transparent about issues encountered under the existing siding so the new product had a solid foundation to adhere to. They carried out the project in a timely fashion, took on side projects without resistance, and made the whole experience a positive one. We've received compliments from neighbors, friends, and family. We'll definately keep them in mind for future projects and be happy to refer them to anyone who has similar projects in mind.
